Website privacy notice

Effective September 5, 2026. The case-evaluation page can prepare a minimal callback request for your text or email app. The website does not save the form or send the request automatically. You must review the prepared message and press Send in your own app. Text and email service providers handle communications you choose to send. Do not send a birth date, case narrative, child’s information, documents, portal credentials, payment information, or other sensitive details in the first message.

Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics,” and it does not run on the case-evaluation, paid-consultation, or client-access pages. If allowed, Google may set first-party analytics cookies and receive a coarse page category, fixed page title, approved interaction name, and technical information about the browser, device, and approximate location. Sly Law does not intentionally send Google Analytics query strings, fragments, arbitrary URLs, form selections or values, names, phone numbers, email addresses, case numbers, narratives, message contents, documents, or user IDs.

Advertising storage, Google Signals, ads personalization, user-provided data collection, granular location and device collection, and Google Ads tracking are disabled in the launch configuration. The analytics preference is saved only in that browser. A visitor may change or withdraw the choice through the “Privacy choices” control; withdrawal stops future analytics collection from that browser. Event- and user-level analytics retention are configured for two months, with reset on new user activity disabled. Google Analytics is additionally configured to attempt best-effort redaction of email patterns and 22 specified sensitive query-parameter keys. Google separately explains its practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

Website hosting and security providers may process technical records such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and event time to deliver and protect the site. Sly Law does not intentionally sell personal information or use prospective-client communications for targeted advertising or artificial-intelligence training. Public-resource and case-evaluation links may open separately operated websites with their own privacy practices.

Records are retained only as needed for legitimate firm operations, security, legal obligations, professional duties, and any applicable legal hold.
